Be the change

Someone kindly said that I seem happy and full of life.  What a great thing to hear after a weekend in which, thinking about change, I have really wondered how a transitions coach such as I am should deal with change  (and there appears to be a lot of it in my life!).  The phrase that kept coming back to me over and over was “Be the change.”   As we deal with challenges, transitions,  and opportunities, how do we take them head on and become the change agent ourselves? What can we do that will make a difference in how we live and how we experience life?  Can a coach help us or can we do it alone?

Share your thoughts!  Life is Amazing! Live Well.

Getty Images Parents are plied with an array of gadgets to help mind children from a distance: Baby monitors tell you they’re crying two floors up and programmable music machines sing them to sleep while you do the laundry.
